100% Malbec from 30 hectare estate in Cahors, certified organic. Fermented in stainless steel. Black plum, tobacco, anise and menthol on the nose. Nice dark fruit concentration in the mouth, lean but certainly not light, with gentle tannins. Wonderfully satisfying, a terrific backyard cookout value.
