Stunningly soulful, complex Cabernet Sauvignon from this legendary producer of Lujan de Cujo, who has achieved something of a cult status since the 1980's, when he was instrumental in the rebirth of fine winemaking in Mendoza.
The Cabernet is fermented and aged for 12 months in concrete, then moved to French oak for an additional year. Additional years in the bottle before release, Patti insists on holding wines until he deems them ready for release.
