Inviting scents of ripe orchard fruit, citrus, bread crust, Alpine herb and a whiff of crushed stone. The refreshing frothy palate delivers lime, tangerine zest, green apple and a hint of lemon drop alongside bright acidity. A mineral note backs up the finish.  Bottled "Col Fondo," on the lees, resulting in deeper, more developed flavors. 

Ca’ dei Zago’s current-generation winemaker Christian Zago is often referred to as the face of the “new wave” of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene growers and producers.
