Adama = From the Earth. Estate family owned for eight generations. Blend of Chenin Blanc & Grenache Blanc, and an array of other white varietals. White peach, pineapple, marzipan, with a touch of smoky chalk. Rich on the entry with wildflowers and baking spices on the midpalate. Terrific acidity to keep the mouthfeel fresh and long. A beautiful alternative to over-rich Rhone whites, great with fish like sea bass and halibut.
