100% Vermentino from the Alghero region on Sardinia's northwest coast. Lively aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and quincw, honeysuckle and fresh linen. The palate shows ripe fruit with almond paste. Richness but taut acid. Not quite as briny as some Sardinian Vermentino, but still delicious. Great lobster wine! Maybe crab cakes?
