IGT Terre Siciliane. 100% Catarratto, organically farmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, then racked off the lees into concrete vats for aging. 

Golden honey color. Bruised golden apple, plantain and Meyer lemon aromas on the nose. On the palate, dried peach, thyme and almond paste. Fantastic natural Sicilian white to pair with seafood risotto, pasta alle vongole, lemon chicken.
