Blend of 41% Parellada, 29% Macabeo, 17% Xarel-lo, 8% Chardonnay, 5% Malvasia de Sitges, from the highest vineyards in Pènedes at over 1400'. 60 year old vines planted in limestone and gravel soils. Certified organic.
Lovely stone fruit and floral aromatics are braced by a crunchy, stony minerality. Perfect balanced with mouth-watering acidity.
