2Naturkinder Vater & Sohn White

Organic, practicing biodynamic winery in Franconia, Northern Bavaria originally founded in 1843. Blend of Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Riesling and Bacchus, with a combination of direct-press and skin contact. Fermented in stainless steel. 

Exotic notes of quince and citrus on the nose, with a healthy dose of funk. Delicious dark smoky dried apricots and hazelnut on the palate. Layered and endlessly intriguing. The problem is getting to the bottom of the bottle before you've figured out all the flavors!

Bottled unfiltered and unfined, with no added sulfur. 10.5% abv.
