This gorgeous, one-of-a-kind cask strength whiskey, distilled in Poland from 100% Rye, began its global adventure by aging for years in French oak casks, then traveling to Kentucky where it was racked into ex-Bourbon barrels. Finally, it was finished for over a year in ex-Jamaican rum casks, and the result is stunning: banana, butterscotch, and baking spice on the nose; a rich palate of crème brûlée with graphite and leathery notes and green rye spice on the long finish. Bottled with no chill-filtration at 49.5% abv.
