Lowland agave, brick oven roasted and distilled in copper pot still. 

Nice rich nose of cooked agave, cinnamon and leather. Cinnamon and stone fruit burst on the palate. Rich texture on the entry but lots of cut and a clean long finish. Fantastic value for an artisanal tequila, a fine sipper and smashing cocktail base. Zero additives.
