This limited production Mezcal from 2nd generation mezcalero Che Hernandez is made from 100% wild harvested Maguey Verde (A. Salmiana). Herbal aromas of bell pepper, jalapeño, lemongrass. Nice rustic minerality on the palate with assertive warmth that finishes clean and long. The roast is done in a steam heated steel oven, so the smokiness is much more delicate. 45.1% abv.
