Created by Maestro Mescalero Jose Morales in San Dioniso, Oaxaca. 70% Espadin, 30% wild-harvested Cuixe. Roasted agave, Poblano pepper, dried herbs and smoky clay on the nose. Big blast of spice and minerals in the mouth, with a creamy textured mid-palate. The finish is long and satisfying, bathed in apricot and lavender, courtesy of the Cuixe. 45% abv.
