Distilled from 100% Ugni Blanc. Grapes are hand-harvested and immediately fermented and distilled in a 30 hectoliter copper-pot charentais still. After distillation, the spirit matures in oak barrels for 40-50 years. No chill-filtration, no coloring or boise, no additives of any kind.
