Blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir & Mauzac from the reputed birthplace of sparkling wine. Organic and biodynamic farming, aged 1-2 years on the lees and bottled with zero sulfur addition.
Nice leesy, sea spray nose with Asian pear and lemon zest. The pear dances on the palate with almond and acacia. Crisp, fresh and clean throughout. A terrific natural sparkler at a terrific price.
