Product Description

DO Ribera del Duero from Familia Torres - Pago del Cielo. Fermented in combination of stainless steel and cement tank. 15-20 day maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation in new oak. Rested for 15 mo. in combination of French and American oak. 

Aromas of cassis, blackberry, vanilla, pipe tobacco and leather. A rich, structured red with lingering spice notes on the finish. Pairs beautifully with a variety of meat dishes, including roasts and wild game. 14.5% abv.
