This complex green spirit features unique heirloom wormwood grown in the same region as the famous 19th Century Pontarlier wormwood fields. These plants are then distilled in grape eau-de-vie along with the finest green anise, fennel seed and aromatic herbs and spices. No sweeteners are added - its refreshing, stimulating taste is obtained entirely from carefully selected botanicals and the skill of the distiller. 65% abv.
