Product Description
This wine is produced from 100% organic grapes from the Casablanca valley. Part of the fruit is fermented in concrete eggs, another part in neutral oak and the rest in stainless steel. On the nose intense citrus and floral notes are combined with flavors of white peach and nectarine that are enhanced by a well-integrated acidity. Long and vibrant with an impeccable clean smooth finish. Ideal with risotto caprese, Chilean abalone with green sauce and white fish.
