Predominantly Mencia with bits of Bastardo (Trousseau) and Garnacha Tintorera, from old vines cultivated on clay soils. Classic Mencia nose of dried cherry, pomegranate and licorice. Racy notes of redcurrant and black pepper dance on the palate, supported by a firm minerality. A must try for old-world Pinot Noir and Gamay lovers!
