100% Pinot Noir, aged in 20% new and 80% neutral French oak. 

Clear Ruby/Garnet beginning to brick just a bit. Elegantly layered aromas of black cherry, jasmine, pipe tobacco and anise, with delicate spice from the French oak. Supple and refined on the palate, with raspberry fruit and lively acidity. Dynamite Anderson Valley Pinot Noir which is equally at home with a Magret de Canard or pulled pork sandwiches.
