Product Description

35% Rolle (Vermentino), 35% Mauzac, 30% Chardonnay. From chalky soils of Pic St. Loup in France's Languedoc region, hand-harvested, native yeast fermented. 

Intense yellow apple, white peach, tarte tatin nose, with accents of acacia blossom. Big fruit on the palate with white cherry, green tea and raw almond. A delightful touch of a savory green olive note on the finish. Nice fleshy texture is held together with a perfect acid balance. Great pairing with creamy cheeses or oily fish like Spanish Mackerel. Zero sulfur added.
