Product Description

Single barrel bourbon distilled by Finger Lakes Distilling in Burdett, NY.

Mash bill of NY-grown grains: 70% Hickory King white corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley. Distilled on 4/7/15 in a continuous copper Vendome still and thumper. Aged over 7 years in 53-gallon oak barrels. Yield of 162 bottles. Bottled at 54.8% ABV with no chill-filtration.
