Produced by Matsui Whisky of Tottori, Japan, the San-In is a blend of Matsui's own single malt with sourced single grain whiskies. Aged in white oak barrels, it has aromas of dried peaches in oatmeal and poached pears. These progress to the palate where they are met with notes of thyme & toast with a touch of apricot and lime zest. Bottled at 40% abv, an elegantly balance whisky at an easy price.
