Vibrant, terroir driven bush vine Pinotage from decomposed granite and sandy soils that were dry farmed. Aromas of cranberry, sour cherry and wildflowers. On the palate, a pleasant smoky minerality and blood orange peel. A deliciously fresh, light-bodied alternative to the typical inky, tarry Pinotage.
Spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
