Scions of Sinai Atlantikas Pinotage

Vibrant, terroir driven bush vine Pinotage from decomposed granite and sandy soils that were dry farmed. Aromas of cranberry, sour cherry and wildflowers. On the palate, a pleasant smoky minerality and blood orange peel. A deliciously fresh, light-bodied alternative to the typical inky, tarry Pinotage. 

Spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Rare for the area, Winemaker Bernhard Bredell focuses on purity, and follows organic, dry farming, with minimal intervention practices. His vision is to restore his seven-generation wine farming roots, sustainably.
