The Orchard Gin is a malty, full-bodied gin with hints of apple, pear, cocoa and spice. In addition to their signature seven core botanicals, IP adds macerated wild apples (picked from the distillery property!) and diced dried pears post distillation. The final step is a brief steep in loose leaf Assam Tea, achieving maximum flavor without extracting too much tannin.
