This intense, rich and complex aperitif was bottled after 4 to 7 years barrel aging. It is a more concentrated and richer version of the original Ten66.
Richly sweet and lingering on the palate, persistent and warming. Pairs beautifully with rich foods like dark chocolate, fois gras, jamon serrano. The apple character complements apple tarte tatin perfectly.
