Isolation Proof Summer Gin

This delicious limited release from the innovative distillery in the Western Catskills blends traditional gin botanicals with grapefruit and blood orange peel, hibiscus flower, Catskills rhubarb, pink peppercorn, cardamom and raw honey from the bees on their property. On the nose, Orange Julius, Tiki spices, ambrosia, summer cherry and tangelo. On the palate, summer berry compote, mango, papaya, with ginger and Szechuan peppercorn on the long finish.
