Product Description

American single malt whiskey produced by Finger Lakes Distilling in Burdett, New York. Mash bill of 80% New York-grown malt and 20% heavily peated malt from Scotland. Double distilled in a Holstein copper pot still, then aged 10 years in ex-McKenzie Bourbon casks.

Fruity and earthy with notes of leather and smoke balanced by sweet, warming confection imparted by the use of McKenzie bourbon casks for maturation.
