100% Chardonnay from the western shore of Keuka Lake. Fermented and rested in old French oak barrels for 11 months. Pear, flint, and spice box on the nose, light in the mouth with soft, chalky acidity.
Clocking in at a whopping 9.9% alcohol the wine still somehow manages to display all the classic flavors you expect from barrel aged chardonnay.
