Crafted in small batches in a converted barn situated in the rolling farmland of the Western Catskills. 100% whey neutral spirit base, macerated with 7 organic botanicals (juniper, coriander, orange peel, cassia bark, angelica root, licorice root and cubeb berries), then redistilled in a 50 gal. hybrid still. Seductive aromatics, spruce, lemon balm, honeysuckle and delicate licorice.  Nice oily texture in the mouth, with black walnut, orange rind, fresh fennel, and a brisk peppery snap on the finish from the cubeb.
