Reddish purple hue. Rich aromas of plum, blackcurrant on the nose, with cured meats, thyme and dark earth. Restrained and structured in the mouth. Meaty with dried orange peel and black pepper on finish. A pleasant funk. Good acidity keeps it fresh. Terrific value. 14% abv.
