Raw is a tart, floral and slightly funky dry cider that is the BCH take on Basque-style ciders from Spain. It undergoes three fermentations, the first led by native yeasts, and is then aged on lees for 8 months.
Green apple flavors with herbaceous and umami notes. This cider begs to be paired with rich food and has a thirst quenching freshness and live probiotics.
