An absolutely stunning single cask Calvados aged for 10 years before being finished for 12 months in a wet Fillioux Cognac cask. Powerful aromas of dried apple and pear, with tobacco leaf, fresh meadow herbs and hint of butterscotch. Rich fruit on the palate with spice and nice heat. Very clean at 61% abv. Certified organic.
