Crafted in small batches by Chris Moyer at Hudson Valley Distillers in Germantown, NY. Wheated mash bill: 75% corn, 15% wheat, 10% malted barley, all sourced from within 5 miles of the distillery. Toasted oak, toffee and allspice on the nose. Earthy on the entry, the palate opens up to notes of citrus fruit and apricot. Nice spice and tobacco leaf on the finish. Very approachable and satisfying. 40% abv.
