100% Tsigello, a high-quality, low-yielding clone of the better known Mavrodaphne (Black Laurel).
Fermented in stainless and rested in clay amphora. Intense dark ruby color. Enticing aromatics of plum, black current, and rosemary, with some black olive and meaty notes. Juicy berry fruit on the palate, with light spice and firm tannin. Great option for grilled meats.
