Alsatian clone Riesling grown on 20' of gravel in the Tango Oaks Vineyard on the banks of Lake Seneca. Nectarine, white peach and Thai basil on the nose, with a little touch of blueberry in the background. Creamy texture in the mouth, but not opulent: lean and correct. One of the most elegant and balanced NY Rieslings we've ever tried. Truly satisfying. Pair with raw shellfish, ceviche, lighter fish dishes such as trout almondine.
