The Delagrange family has worked vineyards and crafted wines in Burgundy for six—going on seven—generations. Since 1947, when René Delagrange bottled the Premier Cru "Clos des Chenes," they’ve made their home in Volnay. René’s son Henri Delgrange and his wife Gisele eventually took over and began farming the six hectares spread over the Volnay and Pommard appellations. Yet the domaine really evolved after Gisele and Henri’s son Didier came on board.
