The Sikelè Bianco is an orange wine made in Sicily from the Grecanico grape grown organically on limestone soil. Hand-harvested and after a 13 hour maceration, fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2.
Vibrant, complex layers of dried apricot and quince. Structured on the palate with toasted walnut and a delightful minerality.
