Product Description

Classic traditional Georgian amber wine, 100% Mtsvane, 2 days skin contact with some pumping over. Fermented and rested in qvevri (subterranean clay amphorae), and bottled with no fining or filtration. Zero sulfur added at any time.

Dark amber aspect, a little wild & thorny on the nose at first. Bruised red apple, honey and varnish. Big and powerful on the palate. Herbaceous. Apricots. Great acid, but no sourness. Density and finesse. Fantastic.
