This Vin de France cuvée, named after Patrice’s daughter is from 50% Chenin Blanc, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pineau d’Aunis, all from 15 year old vines. The base wine is from the Pente de Coutis vineyard – it can a blend of two vintages. Aged 18 months on lattes with crown cap, then disgorged. Complex and elegant, with pear aromas. 11% alcohol.
