The L'Hommée is a deep, sumptuous Champagne, offering rich red fruits, classic brioche and vanilla bean notes, and an incredibly concentrated, persistent, broad palate that rings with mineral energy.
Blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (40%), and Pinot Meunier (20%), from vines in the Premier Cru villages of Vrigny and Pargny in the Montagne de Reims. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides used, manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation. Absolute minimal use of sulfur, bottled with no fining or filtration.
