90% Torrontes, 5% Chenin Blanc, 5% Viognier. Practicing organic and biodynamic. Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts.
Poached pear, nectarine and honeysuckle on the nose, kept in check with a taut slate minerality. Lychee and white peach emerge on the palate with vibrant acidity. In no way oily or unctuous, this Torrontes is lean, crisp and begging for ceviche. Crazy good value.
